SET-UP INFORMATION...
This is set-up info for the JUNE ANT event.NEW set-up info & tips will be appearing soon....

Cheryl & I will be AT Worcester Artist Group at 8:00 AM
on Sunday, June 27th. We encourage EVERYONE to come
and set-up as EARLY AS POSSIBLE so that we are all set
to kick off at NOON as planned.
I have recently placed carefully studied, rearched & tested
DRIVING DIRECTIONS to the Worcester Artist Group up on
the ANT! website. There are directions from all different
parts be they Providence, Boston, Northampton, Fitchburg,
wherever. If ANYONE has ANY QUESTIONS, please contact
me and we can try to put you on the right track.
When you get to the WAG, it is a big warehouse building at
the very end of Harlow Street on the right. The entrance
to WAG is the FIRST door you see, right near the driveway
leading to the parking lot BEFORE the building itself.
I would encourage you to PARK FIRST, come up to the WAG
upstairs, sign in and we'll help you in getting your stuff to the
gallery via the freight elevator or by way of the stairs.
PLEASE be patient. There might be others who got there
before you or around the same time and we're ALL clamoring
to get stuff upstairs and set up. We wanted to have early
set ups the night before, BUT there's an event going on all
night, so...
Cheryl & I have mapped out the entire WAG arranging artists
in such a way that we don't have all the same kind of stuff all
situated in the same spots. There will be plenty of maps
showing where everybody is and I'm sure there will be some
adjusting here & there.
